I certainly got more than I expected from All About You! I had attended an event planned by them and was impressed and asked who they had used...which led me to a long conversation with Nicole and an offer to send in a proposal for my corporate event. After reviewing 3 proposals, my boss chose All About You based on the thoroughness of the proposal and of course, the price was right (very competitive)! We held a four day event out of state with 100 attendees and various guest speakers, dinners, team building events, etc. This entailed months of pre-work which meant a site visit to Washington, DC to preview the hotels and restaurants we'd be using and meeting with the local DMC (destination management company) to help us plan our team building events and weekly update calls with our planning committee. During the actual event, Nicole (who is extremely detail-oriented) showed up with a laminated minute by minute, play by play of each day which was awesome for all of us (not so detailed folks)! She was, no doubt about it, instrumental in the success of this event! Thankfully, we had no real snags except for one behind the scenes catering incident which she handled with her normal grace. The post conference survey yielded the same two words over and over: the event was "smooth and seamless"! Needless to say, I would definitely recommend using Nicole and All About You Events for any event!

Our organization hired Nicole (All About Yout Events) to help produce a Groundbreaking Ceremony for some new buildings. It's a unique type of event that takes place on a construction site, so needless to say there are a lot of unknowns and changes during planning. Nicole was absolutely great in keeping us calm and on track. She had great suggestions when we felt unsure about something. I was kept informed via email and phone about vendors, site visits, and everything that goes into a production.

I always felt I could reach out to Nicole, and when I did, she always answered. On the day of the event, she and another of her staff helped coordinate the vendors, setup and made sure our vision came to life. I hired Nicole to help plan the details for my son’s Bar Mitzvah luncheon. From the very first meeting, both my son and I found her to be just wonderful. She listened closely to our ideas, and was very detail oriented. She provided me with quotes for different services as soon as I requested them, and the vendors she suggested, and that we ended up using (videographer, photo booth, balloons, table and room decor, airbrush artist) were all fabulous, reasonably priced, and I received many, many compliments and positive comments from our guests. On the day of the event, she took care of all the decorating and details for the luncheon, so my family and I could truly enjoy the day. I was extremely satisfied with Nicole’s service, and would not hesitate to use her again for my next event!

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole at All About You. She worked with my husband to plan my surprise 40th, an 80’s themed bash! Nicole was incredibly efficient, she was on top of all the details throughout the whole process. My husband didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She worked with the vendors and provided all food and decorations options for him to review and approve. She found an amazing venue at the Balboa Pavilion, overlooking the bay. She coordinated with friends and family members who were helping to get me there for the surprise. They were in regular clothes on the way, and she had all their 80s themed costumes onsite and ready to go.
