Full Event Planning
The Full Event Planning package is for the couple or client who wants to go through the entire planning process with one of our experienced event planners by their side. This package is designed to allow you to enjoy the excitement of the planning process without bearing the stress of planning. 7-8 meetings throughout the planning process will ensure that your wedding or event is exactly how you pictured it to be. Once the event day arrives, you’ll have two assistants on site for the whole event.

With your input, we handle all the details about your event, from the color combinations to hotel accommodations.
Coordination and Management All Day
You’ll have two assistants by your side, coordinating and managing the event all day to guarantee a smooth event with no problems.
90-Day Coordination
The 90 Day Coordination Plan is for more independent clients or couples who have already booked vendors and planned the event or wedding. With 2-3 meetings, we will take care of the last-minute details and coordinate with the booked vendors, producing an accurate timeline of the event in preparation. Once the event day arrives, you’ll have two assistants coordinating and managing the vendors and service providers all day, as well as assisting with set-up and tear-down.
